These Ticket Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for Cradle LIVE! Summit 2026 (“Event”). Please read them before placing an order.
1. Parties and roles
- The Event is organised by Cradle Fund Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 200301035992) of Level 20, Sunway Putra Tower, 100 Jalan Putra, 50350 Kuala Lumpur (“Cradle”, “Organiser”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
- The ticketing website and related registration services are provided through GoConference, operated by Borneo Digital PLT (SSM: 201904000699) of Tingkat 1, Lot 155, Bangunan Tabung Haji, Jalan Haji Taha, 93400 Kuching, Sarawak (“GoConference”).
- GoConference is owned by MYVentures Digital Sdn Bhd. Payments processed via Billplz are received by MYVentures Digital Sdn Bhd.
- GoConference acts as Cradle’s technology provider and disclosed collection agent for ticket payments. When GoConference receives cleared payment for an accepted order, the buyer’s payment obligation to Cradle for that amount is satisfied.
- Billplz and/or Airwallex may process the payment. They provide payment services and do not organise the Event or decide whether a refund is approved.
- The contract for admission to the Event is between Cradle and the person who purchases the ticket (“Buyer”). A registered attendee who is not the Buyer must also comply with the provisions relating to admission, conduct, safety, privacy and ticket use.
2. Event details
The Event is currently scheduled as follows:
- Event: Cradle LIVE! Summit 2026
- Dates: 4–5 November 2026
- Venue: The Arch, Kuala Lumpur
- Support: live@cradle.com.my
Event schedules, speakers, sessions, venue areas and programme content may change. Any date, venue or programme change is subject to sections 9 and 10 below.
3. Eligibility and authority
- The Buyer must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. A purchase for a person under 18 must be made or authorised by that person’s parent or legal guardian.
- If the Buyer registers another attendee, the Buyer confirms that the attendee has authorised the Buyer to provide the attendee’s information; the Buyer has given the attendee access to these Terms and the Privacy Notice; and where sensitive personal data is supplied, the required explicit consent has been obtained from the attendee or the attendee’s parent or guardian.
- The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all order and attendee information is complete and accurate.
4. Order process and contract formation
- The ticket listing is an invitation to place an order and is not a guarantee that a ticket is available.
- Before payment, the Buyer must review the ticket type, quantity, attendee details, complete price, payment method, these Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Notice. The checkout will provide a means to correct input errors.
- An order is submitted when the Buyer confirms the order and proceeds to payment. A binding ticket contract is formed only when payment is successfully authorised and received, and a confirmation or e-ticket is issued to the Buyer.
- An automated payment or order acknowledgement does not by itself confirm admission if the transaction is incomplete, reversed, fraudulent, duplicated, incorrectly priced or affected by an obvious system error.
- If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will cancel it and return the amount received, subject to applicable law.
5. Price, taxes and fees
- Ticket prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless shown otherwise.
- Before the Buyer commits to payment, checkout will display the ticket price, applicable taxes, any compulsory platform, processing or service fee, any other compulsory charge, and the total amount payable.
- Applicable Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST) is charged at 8% on each taxable ticket price. GoConference collects that SST amount as Cradle’s disclosed collection agent; the tax is remitted by Cradle Fund Sdn. Bhd.
- Cradle Fund Sdn. Bhd.’s SST registration status is Registered & Active. Cradle’s SST registration number is W10-1903-82000033.
- A fee will not be added after the Buyer confirms payment unless the Buyer separately requests an additional service.
- Payment processing and refund transactions may create costs charged by Billplz, Airwallex, banks, card schemes or other payment providers. The treatment of these costs on refund is set out in the Refund Policy.
- The Buyer is responsible for any optional currency-conversion, foreign-bank or card-issuer charge imposed directly by the Buyer’s provider.
6. Payment
- Available payment methods will be shown at checkout and may be processed by Billplz or Airwallex.
- Where payment is processed via Billplz, the payment is received by MYVentures Digital Sdn Bhd, which owns GoConference. Billplz provides payment services only and does not organise the Event or decide whether a refund is approved.
- The Buyer authorises the relevant payment provider and participating financial institutions to process the transaction and related fraud checks.
- We do not guarantee that a payment method will always be available.
- An order is not confirmed where payment is declined, remains pending, is not received in full or fails provider verification.
- The Buyer must not initiate a chargeback for a matter that can reasonably be resolved through the refund process without first contacting live@cradle.com.my. This does not remove any lawful chargeback or consumer right.
7. Tickets and admission
- Each ticket is valid only for the ticket type, attendee and Event access stated in the confirmation.
- A ticket or QR code must not be copied, sold, auctioned, used for unauthorised promotion or obtained through an unauthorised resale channel.
- Only the first valid scan of a QR code will be admitted. We may reject duplicate, altered, counterfeit, refunded or cancelled tickets.
- Where reasonably required for identity, eligibility, age, concession or security checks, an attendee must present valid identification matching the registration record. Student-ticket holders must present valid student identification.
- Ticket transfers and attendee name changes are [to be confirmed before publication: not permitted / permitted until a stated deadline through a stated process and subject to any stated fee].
- Lost or inaccessible tickets should be reported to live@cradle.com.my. Reissue is subject to identity and order verification.
- Entry remains subject to venue rules, security screening, capacity limits, health and safety requirements and lawful directions of Event personnel.
8. Attendee conduct
- Attendees must behave lawfully and must not threaten safety, harass others, disrupt the Event, damage property, misuse credentials or interfere with Event systems.
- Cradle or venue personnel may refuse entry or remove an attendee where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or serious breach of these Terms.
- A person refused entry or removed for their own serious misconduct is not entitled to a refund, except where required by law.
- Accessibility or reasonable accommodation requests should be sent to live@cradle.com.my as early as possible.
9. Programme and minor changes
- Speakers, sessions, start times, room allocations and programme content may change for operational or reasonable Event reasons.
- A minor programme change that does not materially alter the overall Event does not by itself create a refund right.
- We will communicate significant changes through the registered email address, the Event website or other reasonable channels.
10. Cancellation, postponement and material changes
- Refund rights and procedures are set out in the separate Refund, Cancellation and Postponement Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- If Cradle cancels the Event and does not provide a replacement event, the Buyer will receive the refund required by applicable law.
- If Cradle materially postpones the Event or moves it to a materially different location, Cradle will state whether tickets remain valid and provide any refund election required by the Refund Policy or applicable law.
- A separately itemised payment, platform or refund fee may be excluded from a refund only to the extent that it was clearly disclosed before purchase, the cost was actually incurred and is non-recoverable, retaining it is reasonable in the circumstances, and applicable law permits the exclusion.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including a remedy for an unfair contract term or failure to supply the contracted service.
11. Buyer-requested refunds
- Unless required by law or stated otherwise during the ticket sale, a Buyer-requested refund for change of mind, inability to attend, scheduling conflict, travel issue or similar personal reason is discretionary.
- Requests must be emailed to live@cradle.com.my with the information listed in the Refund Policy.
- If Cradle approves a discretionary refund, the amount may be reduced by non-recoverable payment processing, platform and refund costs, provided those costs were disclosed and may lawfully be retained.
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 14 Working Days after Cradle receives a complete request and any information reasonably required to verify and process it. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
12. Personal data
- Cradle and GoConference process personal data as described in the Privacy Notice.
- Registration information may include identity details and sensitive information such as dietary or allergy information. These details must only be provided for the stated Event purposes and with any required explicit consent.
- Optional direct marketing requires a separate opt-in and may be withdrawn at any time.
13. Photography, recording and publicity
- The Event may be photographed, filmed or recorded for security, reporting, archival and Event publicity purposes.
- General crowd and atmosphere recording may occur in public Event areas. Where practical, an attendee who does not wish to be prominently featured should inform Event personnel or contact live@cradle.com.my in advance.
- A separate release will be obtained where required for a staged interview, testimonial or other focused commercial use.
- Attendees may make personal, non-commercial recordings only where permitted by Cradle, the venue, speakers and applicable law. Recording restricted sessions or other attendees in a way that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights is prohibited.
14. Intellectual property
Event branding, website content, recordings, presentation materials and other protected content belong to Cradle or their respective licensors. A ticket does not grant a right to reproduce, broadcast, distribute or commercially exploit that content.
15. Responsibility and liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Subject to the clause above, neither Cradle nor GoConference is responsible for losses caused solely by the Buyer’s incorrect information, misuse of a ticket or breach of these Terms; optional travel, accommodation or other arrangements made independently by the Buyer, except where applicable law requires otherwise; or events outside reasonable control, to the extent the resulting exclusion is lawful and fair.
- GoConference is not responsible for the Event programme, speaker performance, venue operation or an organiser decision to approve or refuse a refund. GoConference remains responsible for its own obligations and cannot exclude liability that applicable law assigns to it.
- Any limitation will be interpreted narrowly and only to the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law.
16. Event outside reasonable control
If the Event is affected by circumstances outside reasonable control—including severe weather, public emergency, government restriction, epidemic, venue unavailability, utility failure or security threat—Cradle may take reasonable steps to protect attendees and operate, reschedule, relocate or cancel the Event. Refund rights will be determined under the Refund Policy and applicable law; this clause does not automatically remove statutory rights.
17. Changes to these Terms
- The version accepted when the Buyer places the order governs that order.
- We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security or operational reasons. A material adverse change will not be applied retrospectively to a confirmed order without a lawful basis.
18. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
- Please first send a complaint to live@cradle.com.my with the order reference and requested resolution.
- Nothing in this section prevents an eligible consumer from using the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia or another forum or remedy available under applicable law.
19. General
- If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
- A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
- Headings are for convenience and do not alter interpretation.
- Where an English and Bahasa Malaysia version is provided, the controlling language will be confirmed before publication, subject to legal advice.
